What’s new? The Russian punk band Pussy Riot, supported by PleasrDAO and Trippy Labs, created UkraineDAO to financially support Ukraine amid hostilities. The platform will sell NFTs with the Ukrainian flag and accept donations from charities.

What is known about UkraineDAO? Nadya Tolokonnikova, one of the founders of the Russian punk band Pussy Riot, stated that one “highly-priced” NFT with the Ukrainian flag and 10 000 cheaper ones will appear on the platform.
“Our goal is to raise funds to donate to Ukrainian civilian organizations who help those suffering from the war that Putin started in Ukraine.”
The platform has been supported by the charity Come Back Alive, which has already raised more than $400 000. According to the latest figures, UkraineDAO has accepted $76 178 in donations from AR game developer Jadu.
