What’s new? As it became known from the publication on Twitter of the Deputy Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine on IT Development Alexander Bornyakov, a token number 5364 from the popular CryptoPunks collection was transferred to CryptoFund of Ukraine. The value of the token is around $200 000.

“Someone donated a CryptoPunks number 5364 by Larva Labs to Ukraine. People ask if it helps. Two points. First — it’s hard to cash it out. The second one — it’s a big deal since it engages more people who belong to the community,” Bornyakov reported.

What else is known about the donation? The author of the donation is an anonymous collector who has several other CryptoPunks tokens on his account. In this way, he supported Ukraine in the conflict with Russia.

Earlier, was mentioned UkraineDAO, a platform formed by the PleasrDAO community of artists and Pussy Riot member Nadya Tolokonnikova, raised 2258 ETH (about $6,75 million).
