What’s new? The official Twitter of Nym Technologies has published the news about the successful completion of a Series A funding round and the raising of $13 billion in investment from major funds. The funds are planned to be used to further develop the private Internet.

Who participated? The Series A round was led by a16z, with other participants including Digital Currency Group, Fenbushi Capital, Tayssir Capital, Huobi Ventures, and HashKey.
Nym's test blockchain currently has around 5000 nodes, whose operators receive rewards in NYM tokens. The main network is also expected to launch by the end of the year.
