“We are delighted to announce that we have closed a Series A funding round, led by Foundation Capital. This is one of the largest rounds in the UK blockchain industry.”
Who participated? In addition to Foundation Capital, investments in BCB Group were made by Pantera, Nexo, Rockaway Blockchain Fund, L1 Digital, Blockchain.com Ventures, BACKED VC, Circle, PayU, North Island Ventures, and others.
What will the funds be used for? BCB Group’s representatives have announced plans to expand the company’s activities to other regions and countries. The main goal is to connect the global cryptocurrency industry to banking. In addition, the company will consider buying stakes from “critical infrastructure partners.”
