What is known about the new hire? Majalya is a former federal antitrust attorney who led Oracle’s and Uber's compliance offices. According to his LinkedIn profile, he has been vice president of legal affairs and chief compliance officer at Intel since August 2019. He will join Binance.US in January 2022 and will report directly to Brian Schroder, the CEO of Binance.US.
