What’s new? Milo, a digital cryptocurrency bank, has published a press release announcing the launch of a mortgage loan service secured by bitcoin. The US residents can get a mortgage to buy real estate in the country.
What are the conditions for granting the mortgage? According to Milo, the main condition for calculating interest and deciding whether to grant the mortgage will be the amount of cryptocurrency in the customers’ wallets. For the purchase of the property in the US, the loan can be granted for up to 30 years. In this, the borrower will not be required to make a down payment. The interest rate on such loans is not yet known.
Milo has now opened a waiting list. According to the cryptocurrency bank, the mortgage loan service secured by cryptocurrency will become available to customers in a few months.
