This was noticed on July 20 by a Twitter user under the nickname LilMoonLambo. The ability to buy cars with BTC was first introduced in February 2021 and was active until May, when CEO Elon Musk announced the suspension of the initiative.

What else is known? To check for bitcoin in the code on the site, users need to go to https://www.tesla.com/modelx/design#payment, right-click and go to the code review section. Next, they need to type the word “Bitcoin” in the search bar and press “Enter.”
