What’s new? Treasure, an NFT marketplace on the Arbitrum blockchain, has been attacked by hackers. This was confirmed by Treasure DAO co-founder John Patten, who promised compensation to users who lost their NFTs and stated:
“Treasure marketplace is being exploited. Please delist your items. We will cover the costs of the exploit — I will personally give up all of my Smols to repair this.”

What is known about the results of the hacking attack? The exact information on how many collectible tokens were stolen by the hackers is not yet available. Twitter users conducted their own investigation, which led to the discovery of a wallet with suspicious transactions. Judging by the transaction history at this address, 17 Smol Brains, the most popular NFTs traded on Arbitrum, were stolen. The total value of these NFTs is approximately $1,4 million.
