Ukraine has released an educational project on digital assets

What’s new? Ukraine has launched its first pilot project aimed at increasing knowledge about cryptocurrencies and blockchain. The “Virtual Assets 2030” experts conducted a basic training course for 30 Ukrainians. They were selected from over 400 applicants based on motivation letters, as reported by Forklog.

What is the essence of the project? The course was held online in Ukrainian. As a result, 17 people successfully passed the exam and received NFT certificates. The training program consisted of six lessons, four workshops, five homework assignments, and a final test. The experts covered topics ranging from the emergence of the crypto industry to regulation and taxation.
The participants were taught how to create a cryptocurrency wallet, make transactions with digital assets, interact with smart contracts and provide a secure online environment.
What are the prospects? The representatives of the foresight “Virtual Assets 2030” believe that by May 2024, about half of the country's residents will be able to use cryptocurrency. There are also plans to introduce a course on virtual assets in every school, and universities will create specialized bachelor’s and master's programs.
