What are the results of the NFT issue? Kurani was able to raise $6610 through the SolSea marketplace. Masters raised $575 000. He also promised to give supporters NFTs with the cover of a book on startups he co-wrote with the PayPal founder Peter Thiel.
Who else is fundraising this way? As was mentioned earlier, Lee Jae-myung, the Democratic Party candidate for the 2022 presidential election in South Korea, is also going to issue an NFT to fund his election campaign.
The fundraising plan involves accepting donations in digital currency. In return, the voters will receive receipts in the form of an NFT with the candidate’s pictures or his campaign promises.
