1000SATS meme token rises by 160% after listing on Binance

What’s new? Binance added the Sats meme token to the platform under the ticker 1000SATS. Trading of the asset on the spot market in pairs with USDT and FDUSD stablecoins, as well as the Turkish lira, opened on December 12, 12:00 UTC, with withdrawals becoming available a day later. Also, 1000SATS will be added as a leveraged asset in an isolated margin pair with USDT two days after listing. After listing on Binance, the Sats exchange rate rose 160% to $0,000631.
What else is known? The asset was added to the platform with a Seed Tag, which is assigned to new projects that may demonstrate higher volatility and risk compared to other tokens listed on Binance. The exchange team emphasized that 1000SATS is a meme token created by a team of anonymous developers.
The Sats asset is launched based on the BRC20 standard on the bitcoin network as a tribute to the creator of the first cryptocurrency known as Satoshi Nakamoto. In addition, Satoshi is referred to as the smallest fractional part of bitcoin (0,00000001 BTC). Thus, an asset under the ticker 1000SATS is equal to one thousand Satoshi or 0,00001 BTC.
The total supply of the meme token is 2,1 quadrillion Sats. At the time of writing, over 21,5 million transactions have been conducted with the asset, and 45 565 users hold it.
