Who participated? The platform was backed by Silver Lake and Lightspeed Ventures, which led the round. Other participants include Pantera, Coatue, and Andreessen Horowitz. According to the results of the round, Alchemy’s valuation by investors reached an impressive figure of $10 billion.
What will the funds be used for? The funding raised in the additional round is planned to be used to increase the staff, as well as to further develop the ecosystem, including the work of the “Web 3.0 University” project. The further plans also aim to expand the functionality of the free version of the platform for blockchain developers.
