What’s new? Binance exchange has published the document “10 Fundamental Rights for Crypto Users.” According to its creators, it should become the basis for discussion and development of regulation in the field of virtual assets.

“Regulation and innovation are not mutually exclusive. We want to do everything possible as an industry to work with regulators and world leaders to identify what is going to be the effective regulatory policy that, most importantly, protects users and spurs innovation,” stated Binance CEO Changpeng Zhao.
What does the document say? The document created by Binance argues that everyone must have access to financial tools that enable them with economic independence.
Regulation of the crypto industry, Binance reports, is inevitable: only through “smart regulation” will it be able to take the path of “healthy development.” The exchange’s representatives also called on marketplaces to protect users and implement KYC and AML measures.
