What’s new? An NFT collector under the nickname Dino Dealer has published a Twitter post in which he revealed that he sold one of the tokens of the Etherrock collection for 444 wei instead of 444 ETH by mistake. At the exchange rate as of March 11, 444 ETH is equal to about $1 million. 444 wei, which equates to less than one cent, is not even enough to pay a transaction fee on the Ethereum network. Wei is the minimum part of ETH.
What did Dino Dealer say? According to the collector, the token was bought almost immediately after the order appeared on the market. NFT collectors and traders often install special bots that track large marketplaces like OpenSea or LooksRare. The bots track tokens placed at a lower market price or for less value because of a technical error.
