What’s new? Famous musician Ozzy Osbourne has announced his own NFT project “CryptoBatz” on his Instagram. The new tokens will be able to interact with other NFTs from the Bored Ape Yacht Club, SupDucks, and Cryptotoadz collections.
What details are known about the new tokens? Osborne's NFTs have been created in collaboration with the Sutter Systems studio and a total of 9666 tokens will be issued. The owners will have access to the “MutantBatz” feature. It will allow to “bite” other NFTs and create mutations. Osborne will also release an additional “AncientBatz” collection, which will only be available to the “CryptoBatz” holders.
What does Osborne say about his project? The musician has long wanted to acquire the popular NFTs into his collection, but after several unsuccessful attempts he decided to create his own tokens:
“I have been trying to get in on the NFT action for a while so when I asked Sharon [Osborne's wife] for a Bored Ape for Christmas after several failed attempts of buying my own, and she said no, so I decided to create my own.”
