What’s new? FCF Pay, an e-commerce payment solution, announced a partnership with American Air and Air Canada. Through the partnership, FCF Pay debit cardholders can pay with more than 20 stablecoins as well as Shiba Inu (SHIB) tokens for flight bookings.

What is known about SHIB? It is an Ethereum blockchain-based token issued under the ERC-20 standard. It was launched by an anonymous individual or group of developers under the pseudonym Ryoshi in August 2020 as an alternative to Dogecoin (DOGE). In Q3 2022 SHIB became the second most popular among investors, the number of holders increased by 269% compared to 2021.
As of November 25, 08:30 UTC, SHIB is trading at $0,000009, down by 1,1% per day, according to Binance.
Japanese cryptocurrency exchange BITPoint announced a promotion in honor of the listing of SHIB, which will take place on November 30. After adding the token to the platform, BITPoint will give away several hundred million SHIB to old and new platform users who fulfill the terms of the promotion.
In April, the Dutch VIP travel agency also began accepting SHIB as payment along with other cryptocurrencies.
