What’s new? Binance Convert, a digital asset conversion service from cryptocurrency exchange Binance, has announced support for two assets at once —Terra Classic (LUNC) and the USDC stablecoin. The company announced this on its official blog on September 12.
What else is known? Since the announcement was published, users of the service can trade LUNC and USDC at zero fees in pairs with BTC, BUSD, USDT, and other tokens supported by the Binance Convert service. To do this, one needs to select Binance Convert from the menu on the website or the mobile app.
Binance will begin automatic conversion of USDC, USDP, and TUSD stablecoin deposits to BUSD on September 29. The company said that this move would improve liquidity and capital efficiency for the platform’s customers. The innovations will not affect the withdrawal of funds, users will still be able to choose the stablecoin they need.
