What’s new? According to the Coin ATM Radar website, the total number of crypto ATMs worldwide has surpassed 36 100 devices located in 76 countries. The largest number of crypto ATMs, meanwhile, is in the United States, with states accounting for 93% of the market or 32 150 cryptocurrency exchange machines.

What other countries made the ranking? Canada is traditionally in second place in terms of the number of crypto ATMs, with a figure of 2359 terminals. Spain closes the top three, and Russia is in 14th place with an indicator of 59 crypto ATMs. Cryptocurrency can be purchased at special terminals in large cities.

Interestingly, El Salvador entered the ranking of countries by the number of crypto ATMs. After bitcoin was recognized as legal tender in this country, the share of ATMs started to grow rapidly. Today, El Salvador is in 5th place in the ranking, with more than 200 devices for buying and selling cryptocurrencies installed in the country.
