What is known about the Commission's decision? According to CoinDesk, the SEC commissioners discussed the ProShares fund on Friday, October 15. The approval information is based on the prospectus and the expiration of the 75 days allowed for consideration of the application. Since the regulator did not reject it on time, this is considered a permit, although the Commission did not give it publicly, CoinDesk notes.
