What’s new? An unknown user continues to accumulate Shiba Inu (SHIB) meme coins in his wallet. In the last 10 days, he added 384,57 billion SHIB (~$5,05 million) and brought the total number of tokens to 19,42 trillion (~$255,56 million). The investor received new SHIB as a result of four transfers from an unknown wallet:
Transfer of 205,55 billion SHIB (~$2,7 million)
Transfer of 12,18 billion SHIB (~$160 189)
Transfer of 77,68 billion SHIB (~$1,02 million)
Transfer of 89,13 billion SHIB (~$1,17 million)
The SHIB token was released on the Ethereum blockchain under the ERC 20 standard by an anonymous person or group of developers under the pseudonym Ryoshi in August 2020. As of Q3 2022, it ranked second most popular among investors. As of February 24, 2023, it ranks 15th in the cryptocurrency ranking with a capitalization of $7,7 billion and is trading at $0,000013 (-0,46% per day, according to Binance).
The accumulation of funds by an unknown investor comes ahead of the official launch of the beta version of the Shibarium project. This is a Layer 2 (L2) network based on the Ethereum blockchain. The launch should take place as early as next week.
In January, another unknown user conducted a transaction of 3,27 trillion SHIB (over $38,87 million at the time of the transfer). It was also made between two anonymous wallets. The transfer fee was only 0,00072587 ETH or ~$1,16.
