What’s new? Famous football player Cristiano Ronaldo has entered into a multi-year partnership agreement with the cryptocurrency exchange Binance, under which several NFT collections will be released. The non-fungible tokens will only be available for purchase on Binance NFT, the marketplace of the cryptocurrency exchange. The first collection is expected to go on sale in the second half of 2022.

What are the prospects? The first collection will feature non-fungible tokens with a unique design that Ronaldo developed together with the crypto platform. According to the head of Binance, Changpeng Zhao, the exchange team will provide fans of the footballer with an exclusive opportunity “to interact with the idol.” Ronaldo noted:

"Nothing is more important to me than the fans, so the idea of bringing unprecedented experiences and access through this platform is something that I wanted to be a part of."
