How do the metaverses evolve? The analysts at Grand View Research have estimated the average annual growth rate of this market of 39,4% for the decade. They predict that the total volume of the metaverse sphere will reach $678,8 billion by 2030.
More and more companies have started patenting their trademarks to develop in this area. For example, Yum! Brands, the owner of Taco Bell, Pizza Hut, and KFC, applied to register its trademarks for metaverse and NFTs.
Also in late March, the Re-State Foundation, a Swiss non-profit foundation, announced the launch of the world’s first virtual university in the Metametaverse. The project is supposed to unite all educational institutions in Web 3.0.
