What else is known about the deal? Curzio Research will acquire 19 commercial real estate properties, including 12 128*128 meter cities and seven 256*256 meter cities. In exchange, the developer of the meta-universe, TCG Coin 2.0, will receive cash and securitized tokens with a stake in Curzio Research. Curzio Research will initiate a capital raise of up to $4 million to fund part of the deal.
According to Frank Curzio, founder of the publishing company, the metaverse is what the internet was supposed to be. A decentralized, permissionless place where individuals have the freedom to create and own their digital content.
Curzio Research is an independent publisher of financial newsletters aimed at in-depth market analysis, providing ideas and tools on the stock markets, as well as advice for investors.
TCG World is a beta metaverse project from TCG Coin 2.0, based on blockchain. In the metaverse, players can own virtual real estate, collect NFTs, explore the game world, manage businesses and earn assets.
