​AAX exchange that suspended trading deletes its social media accounts

What’s new? AAX crypto exchange, which halted all operations on November 13, deleted its official YouTube channel and Facebook account. In this, the Twitter account is still working normally. Earlier, the platform’s representatives promised to restore operations in 7-10 days. However, on November 15, the exchange published a statement according to which the resumption of operations could take place only in case of raising additional capital.

What else is known about the situation? Some of AAX’s investors expressed a desire to withdraw capital, despite claims by representatives of the platform that the collapse of the FTX crypto exchange did not lead to a compromise of assets.

What is known about AAX? It is a centralized crypto exchange (CEX) established in 2018 and registered in Seychelles. There are 252 coins and 276 trading pairs available on the platform.

The bankruptcy of FTX Group led to problems in the cryptocurrency market. For example, the lending arm of crypto broker Genesis Global Trading suspended client withdrawals, after which crypto exchange Gemini suspended payments under its Earn program, the credit partner of which is Genesis Global Capital.

It also became known about the possible bankruptcy of the following platforms due to the collapse of FTX: Gate exchange and crypto lending platform BlockFi.
