What’s new? PlanB, a well-known cryptanalyst, has published a new post on social media in which he has constructed a visual graph predicting bitcoin to reach the coveted $100 000 mark. This may happen in the summer of 2022, 25-26 months after the last halving.

What model did PlanB use? The analyst combined the bitcoin price movements by month after the halving on the single graph. With this visual analysis, he concluded that the price cycles of the first cryptocurrency coincide. Based on this data, PlanB has constructed a new prediction, according to which the bitcoin price will reach $100 000 in the 25-26th month after the halving.
Analyst PlanB is known for creating a Stock-to-Flow model for predicting the bitcoin exchange rate. He has previously predicted that according to this model, the asset's price may rise to $500 000 in early 2022.
