Что произошло? По сообщениям The Block, австралийская компания Immutable смогла привлечь 60 млн долларов от крупных фондов. Стартап занимается развитием Ethereum-протокола, который снижает стоимость эмиссии невзаимозаменяемых токенов с помощью технологии масштабирования StarkWare.
Кто участвовал в финансировании? В раунде серии B основными игроками стали следующие компании и фонды: Prosus Ventures, Galaxy Interactive, Fabric Ventures, Alameda Research, AirTree Ventures, Bitktaft Ventures, King River Capital, Reinventure, Apex Capital и VaynerFund.
Также известно, что еще в 2018 году стартап привлек 2,4 млн долларов Continue Capital и Nirvana Capital, а в 2019 — 5 млн от Galaxy Interactive и Prosus Ventures.
На что направят средства? Помимо непосредственной разработки протокола, часть привлеченных средств выделят на расширение команды, поиск новых партнеров в области гейминг-индустрии, а также дальнейшей работы над собственными NFT-играми.
