What's new? The official Twitter account of the Bakkt cryptocurrency platform has published news about the addition of Ethereum support to various services. According to the platform's representatives, this update will be implemented soon.

“We’re pleased to offer the ability to buy, sell, and hold ETH, which will be available soon.”
What else is known about the integration? Bakkt's message also mentions support for a service called Bakkt Warehouse. With it, the platform's institutional clients will be able to safely store not only Bitcoin but also Ethereum.
The addition of support for the second-largest cryptocurrency was a logical step amid rising interest and the adoption of cryptocurrencies. Given the rise in Ethereum's value over the past year, the creators of Bakkt predict the popularity of services for working with this asset.
