SEC (Американская комиссия по ценным бумагам и биржам) включила в свой реестр компаний один из крупнейших фондов от Grayscale Investment — Digital Large Cap Fund.
93% активов фонда составляют BTC и ETH. Остальная часть хранится в ADA, BCH, LTC, LINK.
Два основных траста Grayscale — Bitcoin Trust и Ethereum Trust — уже отчитываются перед SEC. Компания также подала заявку на регистрацию по форме 10 еще трех фондов: Bitcoin Cash Trust, Ethereum Classic Trust и Litecoin Trust.
«Подача отчетности в SEC и дополнительные заявки на заполнение формы 10 отражают интерес инвесторов к участию в растущей экосистеме цифровых валют в рамках существующего законодательства. Регулирующие органы страны продолжают взаимодействовать с участниками рынка в группе активов», — сказал Крейг Салм, вице-президент по правовым вопросам Grayscale.
