Что известно о фонде? Фонд был основан в 1937 году, в настоящее время он насчитывает более 6600 участников. Отчисления составляют 9% от зарплаты пожарных, часть средств вносят власти Хьюстона. Годовая целевая доходность фонда составляет 8,5%.
По мнению инвестиционного директора фонда, вложения в Bitcoin и Ethereum позволят поддерживать заданный уровень доходности. При этом использование технологии блокчейн повысит эффективность работы фонда благодаря устранению посредников.
