What’s new? On June 1, representatives of the Floki project announced a strategic partnership with Binance Pay, a payment system of the Binance crypto exchange. The campaign is designed to increase the popularity of FLOKI through marketing communication with the platform. Specifically, users who purchase $1 or more from any eligible Binance Marketplace seller using FLOKI through Binance Pay will receive a cashback on their first purchase. The promotion will run from June 1 to June 30.
What else is known about the partnership? The initiative aims to increase FLOKI’s usefulness as a payment token in Binance Pay. The collaboration also gives Floki additional targeted advertising through a marketing campaign with the payment system’s team.

What is known about Floki? It is an ERC-20 standard token based on the Ethereum blockchain. The developers created it in 2021 by analogy with meme coins DOGE and SHIB, which were already popular at that time after Elon Musk announced that he wanted to get a dog of the Shiba Inu breed and give it the name Floki. The asset has a market capitalization of $316,48 million as of June 1, at 13:30 UTC, ranks 118th in the overall cryptocurrency ranking, and is trading at $0,00003162, having gained 0,93% per day.
On January 20, Binance Pay launched the function of mobile account top-up with cryptocurrencies through a partnership with DT One, a B2B micropayments platform.
