Key points:
- World Liberty Financial plans to distribute 8,4 million WLFI tokens with a total value of approximately $1,2 million among participants in the USD1 Points loyalty program.
- The distribution will cover six trading platforms: Gate.io, KuCoin, LBank, HTX Global, Flipster, and MEXC.
- The company also plans to expand this initiative by adding more platforms, new trading pairs, and support for DeFi instruments.
The World Liberty Financial crypto project, associated with Donald Trump, has announced an upcoming distribution of WLFI among users participating in the USD1 Points program. The total value of the rewards is estimated at approximately $1,2 million.
The recipients will be users who trade USD1 pairs on partner exchanges and maintain a stablecoin balance.
How the distribution will take place
According to the company, WLFI will be issued on six crypto exchanges: Gate.io, KuCoin, LBank Exchange, HTX Global, Flipster, and MEXC. Each platform will independently determine the conditions of participation and the procedure for calculating bonuses.
“WLFI rewards are offered by certain exchanges to their users under specific terms and conditions, which may vary by exchange, and can be modified or discontinued at any time. These exchanges determine whether to and how to allocate points and rewards to their users in their discretion,” World Liberty Financial clarified.
The USD1 Points initiative was launched about two months ago as a program to encourage activity around the USD1 stablecoin. Users earn bonus points for trading and will now be able to exchange them for WLFI.
Program expansion and company plans
Company representatives noted that the reward system will evolve: new exchanges, additional trading pairs, and integrations with decentralized services will appear.
“This is only the beginning. The WLFI points program will continue expanding alongside new USD1 initiatives, with more venues and ways to earn points, new trading pairs and ways to use USD1,” World Liberty Financial said.
In April 2025, the World Liberty Financial team already conducted a test airdrop of the USD1 stablecoin among WLFI holders.
