What’s new? US crypto exchange Coinbase has announced that it is moving all announcements for new listings from the social network Twitter to a separate webpage. The platform announced this on May 4.

What else is known about the move? 170 coins and tokens (as of May 5, 2022) are placed on the page with assets, which are added to Coinbase’s listing. Clicking on the asset name displays information on the number of required confirmations on the network for transactions, as well as a link to a page with a description of the project, technical specifications, and the pairs traded on the platform.

What events happened before? In May, Coinbase entered into a partnership with the investment bank Goldman Sachs as part of a project to issue loans secured by bitcoins. The specific terms of the deal were not disclosed by the parties.
