What’s new? Disrupted billionaire Phil Falcone has started promoting his project called Blockchain TV. The description of the service states that it will be a 24-hour TV channel dedicated to cryptocurrencies, metaverses, and Web 3.0. The project will be launched in the third quarter of 2022.

More details about the project. According to The New York Post, Falcone started buying up TV channels back in 2020. He owns several studios in Los Angeles, Seattle, and Houston. One of the channels is called Go.TV positions itself as “the first Mobile Over-the-Air Free TV Network,” but the project itself has yet to launch. More details about Falcone’s plans are not yet available.

What is known about Falcone? He is a former billionaire who has been declared bankrupt. The state of New York has sued Falcone for $12 million for tax arrears. He owes another $74 million to Melody Business Finance, Falcone borrowed funds to buy real estate. The New York Post reported that in April 2022, the ex-billionaire began selling his real estate and furniture to “stay afloat.”
